Extra guests: Above 10 guests are chargeable on a per-person basis

Only the confirmed number of guests are allowed to stay.
Additional visitors or day guests are not permitted during the stay.

Pets are not allowed at the property.

Noise & Parties

We do not encourage loud parties or late-night revelry.
Loud music is not permitted beyond 10:00 PM.
Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation and within the property.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activities including drugs, narcotics, firearms, or weapons are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa/rooms.

Pool Safety

The pool is common to both villas and unguarded.
No lifeguard is present on site. Children must always be supervised by adults.

Security & Valuables

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Management will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of valuables.

ID Proof

As per law, every guest must carry valid government-approved photo ID with address (Aadhar, Passport, or Driving License).

Payments & Security Deposit

All bookings (including meals, if opted) must be prepaid prior to check-in.
Security Deposit: ₹5,000 per room, payable 2 days before check-in.
If no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded during check-out or via NEFT within 5 business days.
Deposit amount may vary based on group size, length of stay, or special events. Please confirm at the time of booking.
No cash payments will be accepted on-site.

Events & Special Occasions

Weddings, pre-wedding functions, milestone celebrations, or any large events require management’s prior approval.
Additional charges, venue fees, deposits, and cleanup costs will apply.
Such events must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Code of Conduct

Inappropriate behavior or violation of rules will result in termination of stay without refund.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to vacate if rules are not followed.

Cancellation Policy

If booking is cancelled 21 days before checkin date, guests are entitled to a full refund. While, 50% refund if cancelled between 21-11 days before checkin date
Any cancellations made less than 11 days before your checkin date, would not be refunded.
A nominal cancellation fee (5%) is charged for processing the refund. While, refund in travel credits have no processing fee.
Refunds for cancellations would only be processed in the form of travel credits if any amount of travel credits is utilised for booking.
If any non cancellable coupon is used while booking, all cancellation policies are overridden. The guest is not entitled to any refund while rescheduling is possible*
Cancellation for peak dates, including Holi (14th–15th March 2025), Independence Day (15th August 2025), Diwali (18th–28th October 2025), and Christmas & New Year (24th December 2025–2nd January 2026), will not be accepted.
In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, Guests will be refunded 85% of booking amount if SaffronStays gets another booking for the same date(s). If not, Guests will not be given a refund, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
If the Guest has made a partial payment, they are entitled to no refund whatsoever.
